Lakhimpur kheri-  On Monday, CMO Dr. Shailendra Bhatnagar and ACMO Dr. Anil Kumar Gupta inspected the arrangements and primary facilities of the hospital to take stock of the arrangements after the district hospital was shifted to MCH Wing Oil 200 bed hospital.  During this CMS Dr. AC Srivastava was also present.

 In the course of inspection, CMO Dr. Shailendra Bhatnagar informed that the district hospital has been shifted to 200 bed hospital.  During this, complaints of some irregularities were received, regarding which they have been inspected along with ACMO Dr. Anil Anil Kumar Gupta.  During the inspection, instructions were given to install signage in the hospital.  So that the patients can have accurate information about the rooms.  Also directed for cleanliness system and time display.  He also inspected OPD wards and other rooms during this period.  During this, while CMO Dr. Shailendra Bhatnagar got his own blood pressure checked, ACMO Dr. Anil Kumar Gupta saw the equipments kept for exercise in the physiotherapy ward.  Instructions were given to keep an additional stretcher and wellchair at the main gate.
 During this, Steno Kartikeya Mishra and MCH wing pharmacist Neeraj Shukla, Ashok Saxena, Amarendra Singh and others were present with him.

At the same time, the engineer of the working organization was instructed to clean the stones and make other sporadic and water drainage arrangements.  He held a meeting with the doctors of the hospital.  In which Dr. SK Mishra, Orthopedic Surgeon Dr. CS Singh, Dr. RS Bhadauria, Dr. Satish Verma, Dr. IK Chandani, Dr. RB Verma, Dr. Rajesh Kumar, Dr. Akhilesh Shukla, Dr. Bhimendra and other doctors were present.  are.  During this it was found that the number of patients has increased.  


At the same time, he directed to shift the NRC to the first and second floors, including the mental OPD on the ground floor.  Inspected the pathology and instructed to display all the rooms and other facilities available by putting up signage at the main entrance.  Instructions were given to make additional arrangements for the sitting of patients including dustbins and pots in the hospital.  During this, CMS Dr. AC Srivastava informed that Indo EMO has been deployed shift wise to provide 24-hour health services in the hospital.  Ultrasound has started in the hospital.  NRC has also started.  The minor wear and tear due to shifting will be rectified later.
