Tiger made young man his morsel, also attacked two buffaloes

Lakhimpur Kheri. A tiger attacked a villager in Majhra East of Tikunia area late on Sunday evening and made him his morsel. The dead body of the young man was found in the field in a half-ditch condition.
According to the information, the villager Narendra Singh, who was killed in the tiger attack, is 35 years old resident of village Narendra Nagar Tapra of Teliyar Gram Panchayat, who had gone with his wife on Sunday afternoon to get fodder near Ghaghra river. Where the tiger present in the sugarcane field has attacked Narendra Singh and made him his morsel. After a lot of search by the villagers, Narendra's body was recovered from the sugarcane field late in the evening. On the other hand, two buffaloes grazing in the fields were attacked by two tigers simultaneously in Manjhra East on Sunday afternoon. But after making a lot of noise by the shepherds, the tigers left the buffalo and fled to the forest. There is a lot of anger among the villagers of the Terai area due to the sudden incidents of man-eating tigers.
