There was a fight and abuse between the headmaster and assistant teacher regarding attendance

The case reached the police station, the report of one side was registered, the other was asked to investigate

Lakhimpur Kheri.  Seeing his absence on the attendance register in Upper Primary School, Indira Nagar Grunt 3 of Bankeganj block, a teacher suffered a head injury in a fight between the assistant teacher and the headmaster.  After which a complaint has been lodged by both the parties in the police station.  Till the filing of this news, a case of one side has been registered by the police.

 Assistant teacher Arvind Yadav told that he is working as an assistant teacher in the upper primary school located in Indira Nagar Grunt 3 of Bankegaj block, reached the school on Saturday morning and signed the attendance register and saw that on July 1, I have been absent while  I was on medical leave from 25th June to 1st July.  As soon as I said this, the headmaster Sudhir Kumar started abusing me and said that I am the in-charge headmaster, I wish to be present or absent, after that he picked up the rod and hit me on the head and also threatened to kill me.  On the other hand, the headmaster Sudhir Kumar also reached the Mailani police station along with the people of the teachers union and told in the police station that he is working as the in-charge headmaster.  Why did I put my absence in the register while I was on medical leave, on which I said that I was not aware of medical leave and on the instructions of Rakesh Kumar, BEO of Bankeganj block, I was written absent in the column, hearing that the said people started abusing me.  On protesting, both of them broke down on me and started beating me with kicks and punches, due to which many internal injuries have come in stomach and back.  Both men left, threatening to kill them.

 Inspector in-charge of the police station Ram Lakhan Patel said that the complaint has been received by the teachers.  Case of one side has been registered and action will be taken after getting the other side investigated.
