Tikonia violence- charges framed against 14 people including main accused Ashish Mishra

Charges have been framed against 14 people, including the main accused Ashish Mishra, in the Tikunia violence case.  Of these, 13 are the main accused.  Those who will be prosecuted in other sections including murder.  And one has been convicted under section 201, who is now out on bail.

 Giving information, Government Advocate Arvind Tripathi said that charges have been framed against 14 people including Ashish Mishra on Tuesday in the ongoing Tikunia violence case in ADJ First Court.  In these, Virendra Shukla will be prosecuted under 201, while Ashish Mishra, Ankit Das, Nandan Singh, Satyam, Latif alias Kale and Sumit Jaiswal have also been charged with the Arms Act.  Charges have been framed against all.  The next hearing will be held on 16 December.  In which the witnesses will appear.  There are 14 accused in the Tikunia violence case.  Of which 13 are main.  Apart from this, sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 325, 427, 504, 436, 302 of IPC have been invoked against accused Kamaljit, Gurpreet Singh, Gurvinder and Vichitra.
