CMO presented nutrition kit to two highly malnourished children, also inspected primary school

Lakhimpur Kheri.  Anganwadi center Khetausa and primary school Khetausa were inspected by CMO Dr. Santosh Gupta.  During this, nutrition kits were given to two highly malnourished children, while during the inspection of the primary school, they inspected other points including rejuvenation indicator.

 CMO Dr. Santosh Gupta told that on Friday he has inspected the Anganwadi center Khetausa and primary school Khetausa development area Phulbehad.  During this, he has presented nutrition kits to the families of two extremely malnourished children Uzma Bano and Saif at the Anganwadi center.  Along with this, he instructed the Anganwadi worker to monitor the health of all the children coming to the center.  If needed, PHC and CHC should be contacted and the family should also be informed about the health schemes.  After this he inspected the primary school Khetosa.  

Where he saw the mid-day meal, pure drinking water, cleanliness system and arrangements according to the rejuvenation indicator and inquired about the health related schemes being received in the school from the in-charge headmistress.  Along with this, he also interacted with the young children studying in the school and answered questions from them.  During this, DPM Anil Yadav and CDPO Pooja Tripathi were present with him.
