Hindi Day celebrated in Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Saraswati Vidya Mandir Inter College

Lakhimpur Kheri. Hindi Day program was celebrated with much pomp and show at Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Saraswati Vidya Mandir Inter College CBSE Board Lakhimpur Kheri. The program was inaugurated by school principal Arvind Singh Chauhan by garlanding the picture of Mother Saraswati and lighting the lamp. In the programme, a short drama was presented by the brothers and sisters of the school.
Along with this, dance and singing programs were presented by the sisters of the school. On the occasion of Hindi Day, competitions like essay, calligraphy, dictation, story telling, poetry recitation, country song singing, folk song singing, pantomime, mimicry and one act etc. competitions were also organized in the school. On this occasion, a handwritten book on Hindi Diwas was also released by school principal Arvind Singh Chauhan and vice-principal Devi Prasad Tiwari. School Principal Arvind Singh Chauhan honored the brothers and sisters who secured first, second and third positions in the above program by giving them prizes.
