International Complaint Committee should be formed in every office to prevent sexual harassment - ADJ

Lakhimpur Kheri.  An awareness program to prevent sexual harassment of women was organized in the Police Line Auditorium in which Additional District Judge/Secretary District Legal Services Authority Kheri Deependra Kumar Singh participated as the chief guest.

 Additional District Judge Deependra Kumar Singh gave detailed information about sexual harassment in the office under the Sexual Harassment of Women (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, POCSO Act 2013.  During this, he said that International Complaint Committee should be formed compulsorily in all offices.  All officers should ensure that nothing that comes under the purview of this law happens to any woman working under them. 

 CO City Subodh Kumar Jaiswal, Mahila Police Station President Sunita Kushwaha, CMS District Women's Hospital Jyoti Mehrotra, member Nizam P Shukla, District Provision Officer Sanjay Kumar Nigam, Rashmi Dwivedi from Forest Staff Center and women policemen and officers and employees of other departments were present in the program.  .
