International MSME Day: DM, CDO distributed toolkits, steps towards self-reliance
Beneficiaries associated with tribal craft and jaggery production got new energy

Lakhimpur Kheri 27 June. On International MSME Day, a special program was organized in Vikas Bhawan with the aim of promoting small and medium enterprises in the district. During this, toolkits were distributed to the selected beneficiaries, so that they can take their respective enterprises forward strongly.
In the program, DM Durga Shakti Nagpal and CDO Abhishek Kumar handed over toolkits to more than 100 beneficiaries associated with traditional rural industries like tribal craft and jaggery production under the ODOP scheme. Most of them were women, who are moving on the path of self-reliance.
Addressing the program, DM Durga Shakti Nagpal said that this is not just a tool, but the first step towards self-reliance. The government's goal is to give skill to every hand and increase employment opportunities in every village. Works like tribal craft and jaggery production are the backbone of the rural economy, which are now getting a new identity. The DM congratulated the beneficiaries and said that they should bring glory to the district with their skills.
CDO Abhishek Kumar said that toolkit distribution is not just assistance, it is a step towards self-reliance. We are strengthening the rural economy by promoting local skills and traditional works. The CDO congratulated the beneficiaries and said that they should make this occasion a new turning point in their lives.
The program was organized and conducted by Deputy Commissioner of Industries Ujjwal Singh. During this, demo checks were distributed to five beneficiaries of the Yuva Udyami Yojana. At the end of the program, all the beneficiaries expressed their gratitude to the administration and resolved to achieve success by working hard in their respective fields.
