Lucknow Public School Shines: Students Hoist Flags of Success in UPSC and UPPCS Exams

Lakhimpur Kheri. Lucknow Public School (LPS) has once again proven its excellence in the fields of education and competitive examinations. By achieving spectacular success in prestigious examinations such as the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) and the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPCS), the school's students have brought glory to both the institution and the district. Students Excel in Civil Services
This year, two students from the school were selected in the UPSC examination, and six students were selected in the UPPCS examination. Notable successes include:
Sachin Verma (Lakhimpur Kheri Branch):
He has set an inspiring example by achieving success in both the UPSC and UPPCS examinations.
Yogendra Kumar (Madhoganj Branch):
He brought pride to the school by securing the 286th rank in the IAS examination.
Akshay Kumar (Rajajipuram Branch): He has been selected for the PCS. A noteworthy highlight is that his brother, Atithi Kumar, has been selected for the post of Grade 'B' Manager at the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).
Abhishek Dixit (Anand Nagar Branch):He, too, has achieved success in the PCS examination.
Dominance in the Defense Sector and Board Examinations
Alongside competitive examinations, the school's students have also remained at the forefront in the defense sector and board examinations. Shikhar Pratap Singh and Gurpej Singh Sandhu from the Lakhimpur branch have been selected for the post of Assistant Commandant (CAPF and Special Forces).
The school's performance in the board examination results for the academic session 2024-25 was also impeccable, achieving a 100% success rate:
Neelnandan (Class 10): Secured the first position in the district with 98.2% marks.
Priyanshi Verma (Class 12): Secured the first position in the district with 98.2% marks.
Last year, 139 students appeared for the ICSE examination and 97 students for the ISC examination, out of whom 55 students secured more than 90% marks. Emphasis on World-Class Education.
School Principal Vijay Sachdeva stated that the school's objective is to transform itself into a center of educational excellence within the next five years. He added that, while adopting a modern educational framework, LPS is collaborating with renowned educational institutions in the UK to prepare students to perform at a global level.
The management has attributed this success to quality education, the guidance of dedicated teachers, and the special emphasis placed on the holistic development of the students.
